Requirements
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, a valid driver’s license, and access to a personal vehicle, as travel between clients’ homes is essential. Strong English language skills, both verbal and written, are required. While previous experience in care is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We seek individuals with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for care.

We provide a competitive pay rate of £13.20 per hour and cover travel expenses with petrol reimbursement. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with the possibility of securing a guaranteed 40-hour contract after a three-month probation period.

Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to elderly clients in their homes. This involves assisting with personal care tasks such as mobility support, meal preparation, and medication administration. You will also provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for the individuals under your care. Completing household tasks will also be part of your duties, helping clients maintain their independence. Throughout your role, you will adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
